By using the Drivarc application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. We recommend reviewing these terms before starting to use the app. Using the app means you accept these terms.

Drivarc is a mobile application that allows vehicle owners to manage their vehicles, keep maintenance records, track fuel consumption, and analyze vehicle-related expenses. The app offers the following features: • Vehicle information management • Maintenance records and reminders • Push notifications for maintenance reminders • Fuel consumption tracking and analysis • Cost analysis and reporting • OCR receipt scanning and feedback system • Offline operation support • Multi-device synchronization • Gamification (XP, levels, achievements, streaks) • PDF report generation and sharing • Premium subscription for advanced features

When using the app, you have the following responsibilities: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information • Keep your account information secure • Use the app only for legal purposes • Not violate others' rights • Not engage in actions that would compromise the app's security • Comply with third-party services' (Google, Firebase) own terms of service

For the secure and smooth operation of the app, we ask that you avoid the following actions: • Not using the app for illegal purposes • Not attempting to disrupt the app's security or operation • Not attempting to gain unauthorized access to others' accounts • Not uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code • Not reverse engineering the app's source code • Not copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the app • Not reselling or licensing the app for commercial purposes • Not abusing the XP and gamification system (cheating, automation, fake data) • Not using the OCR system for malicious purposes (uploading fake receipts)

The app and all its content (logo, design, code, texts) belong to Drivarc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Using the app does not give you any ownership rights over this content. As users, you own the data you upload to the app (vehicle information, photos, records). However, you grant us the necessary permissions to store and synchronize this data within the app.

Drivarc offers gamification features to enhance user experience: • XP (Experience Points): You earn XP by performing certain actions within the app (adding vehicles, fuel records, maintenance records, expense records, etc.) • Level System: You level up when you reach certain XP thresholds. Each level has a title. • Achievements: You earn achievements when you reach certain milestones (first receipt, 100 fuel records, 1000 km, economist, maintenance master, etc.) • Streaks: You earn streak bonuses by using the app on consecutive days • Critical Drops: You have a 5% chance to earn 5x XP and receive a streak freeze shield Gamification Rules: • Daily XP limit: 200 XP/day (anti-cheat protection) • Device clock check: If clock manipulation is detected, XP earning will be disabled • Cheat detection: Automatic cheat detection systems are applied. XP and achievements of cheating users may be reset • Right to modify: Drivarc reserves the right to modify gamification rules, XP values, and level thresholds with prior notice

Drivarc offers a Premium subscription option alongside free core features: Premium Features: • Cloud photo storage (vehicle, receipt, and maintenance photos) • Advanced PDF reports (charts, CO2 analysis, recommendations) • Priority support • Ad-free experience Payment Terms: • Premium subscription is managed via the RevenueCat platform • Monthly and annual plans are available • Prices are displayed within the app and notified in advance • Payments are processed through your app store (Google Play Store) Automatic Renewal: • Premium subscription automatically renews • You will be charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends • You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your device's store settings Cancellation and Refunds: • You can cancel your subscription at any time • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period • Refund policy is subject to Google Play Store rules • Refund requests must be made directly through Google Play Store Price Changes: • Drivarc reserves the right to modify Premium subscription prices • Price changes do not affect current subscribers; only new subscribers or renewals • Price changes are notified in advance within the app

Free users may see advertisements to support the app: • Ads are served via Google AdMob • Ads are displayed in a user-friendly manner without disrupting the app experience • Premium subscribers do not see ads • You can manage your ad preferences from Google's ad settings page • Drivarc does not control ad content but requests you report inappropriate ads Ad Formats: • Banner ads: Small ads at the bottom or top of the screen • Interstitial ads: Full-screen ads between certain actions • Rewarded ads: Optional option to earn XP by watching ads (may be added in the future)

Drivarc may make updates to continuously improve and develop the app. We try to notify our users in advance of significant changes whenever possible. Prior notification may not be possible in emergency situations or due to technical requirements.

Drivarc strives to provide the app without interruption, but the following situations may cause service disruptions: • Scheduled maintenance: Periodic short interruptions may occur for server maintenance or updates. Such interruptions are notified in advance whenever possible. • Technical failures: Unexpected technical issues, infrastructure failures, or third-party service problems (Firebase, Google) may cause service disruptions. • Force majeure: Events beyond Drivarc's control such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, legal regulations, or government interventions may cause service interruptions. • Internet connectivity: While the app can work offline, synchronization and some features require internet connectivity. Drivarc cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by such interruptions. Service availability is provided "as is" and no 100% uptime guarantee is provided.

You can delete your account at any time (Profile > Delete Account). Account deletion is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted. To ensure the security of all our users and the smooth operation of the app, it may be necessary to temporarily restrict or terminate access to your account in the following cases: • When you violate the terms of service • When you engage in illegal activities • When you compromise the app's security • When you are inactive for a long time (optional) Consequences of account termination: • All your data (vehicles, fuel records, maintenance records, expenses) will be permanently deleted • Your Premium subscription continues; you need to cancel directly through Google Play Store • Downloaded PDF reports remain on your device, but cloud copies are deleted • Your XP, levels, and achievements will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

We continuously strive to keep the app running at its best. However, technical issues or unexpected situations may occasionally cause interruptions or errors. We cannot be held responsible for direct damages arising from the use of the app. Data within the app (vehicle information, maintenance records, etc.) is provided by users. We are not responsible for the accuracy or currency of this data. Special Disclaimers: • OCR Receipt Reading: Receipt scanning is performed using Google ML Kit. OCR results may not be 100% accurate. Users are responsible for verifying OCR results. Drivarc is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect OCR results. • Fuel Consumption Calculations: Fuel consumption calculations are based on user-entered data. Actual fuel consumption may vary depending on driving conditions, weather, traffic, and vehicle condition. Calculations are for informational purposes only. • Maintenance Reminders: Maintenance reminders are based on general recommendations and do not replace manufacturer recommendations. It is the user's responsibility to follow the maintenance program recommended by your vehicle manufacturer. • CO2 Emission Calculations: CO2 emission calculations are estimates and actual emissions may vary. These calculations are for informational purposes only and cannot be used as official reports. • Cost Forecasts and Analytics: Future cost forecasts are generated using statistical models based on historical data. These forecasts are not definitive and actual costs may differ. These forecasts should not be relied upon for investment or financial decisions. • Fault Detection (Future Feature): When AI-powered fault detection features are added, these predictions will be for informational purposes only and will not replace professional mechanical diagnosis.

Drivarc does not accept liability in the following cases: • Indirect Damages: Not responsible for data loss, time loss, business interruption, commercial losses, or other indirect damages. • Third-Party Services: Not responsible for interruptions or errors in Google, Firebase, Google AdMob, or other third-party services. • User Data: Not responsible for the accuracy, currency, or completeness of data entered by users. • Device Issues: Not responsible for malfunctions, software issues, or compatibility issues on the user's device. Total Liability: Drivarc's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the last 12 months. For free users, total liability is limited to 100 TL. These liability limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices. Dispute Resolution: • Consumer Arbitration Committee: Consumer complaints may first be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. • Mediation: Mediation process may be applied in commercial disputes. • Court: In case of referral to court, Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts have jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms of Service will be notified within the app. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

The following features may be added to Drivarc in the future: • Fleet Management: Corporate features for companies to manage multiple vehicles from a single dashboard. Separate terms of service will apply when this feature is added. • AI-Powered Fault Detection: Vehicle fault detection from voice or text symptoms. This feature will be for informational purposes only and will not replace professional mechanical diagnosis. • Personal Assistant: Maintenance timing and fuel savings recommendations. Recommendations are based on general information and do not constitute professional advice. • Location-Based Features: Find nearby fuel stations, service centers, and car washes. Location data will only be collected with user consent. • Business Partnerships: Integrations with service, insurance, and spare parts companies. Such partnerships may be subject to separate terms of service. • Advertisements: Display ads to free users (via Google AdMob). When these features are added, terms of service and privacy policy will be updated. Use of new features will be optional.
