1. Entry and Acceptance
By using the Drivarc application ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and Drivarc ("we", "our", "us") regarding the use of the Drivarc mobile application and related services.
Scope: These Terms apply to all users of the Drivarc application, including both free and Premium subscribers.

We recommend that you please review these terms before you start using the application. Continuing to use the application means that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the application.
2. Service Description
Drivarc is a mobile application that allows vehicle owners to manage their vehicles, keep maintenance records, track fuel consumption and analyze vehicle-related expenses. The application offers these features:
• Vehicle information management
• Maintenance records and reminders
• Maintenance reminders with push notification
• Fuel consumption tracking and analysis
• Cost analysis and reporting
• Receipt reading and feedback system with OCR
• Offline work support
• Multi-device synchronization (free users can backup and restore weekly)
• Gamification (XP, level, achievements, streaks)
• Advanced features with premium subscription (PDF reports, cloud photo storage, ad-free experience)
3. User Responsibilities
You have the following responsibilities when using the application:
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Keeping your account information safe
• Use the application for lawful purposes only
• Not to violate the rights of others
• Not to take actions that could endanger the security of the application.
• Comply with the terms of use of third-party services (Google)
4. Usage Restrictions
For the safe and trouble-free operation of the application, we kindly ask you to avoid the following actions:
• Not to use the application for illegal purposes
• Not trying to disrupt the security or operation of the application
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other people's accounts
• Not installing malware, viruses or malicious code
• Not reverse engineering the source code of the application.
• Not to copy, modify or distribute any part of the application.
• Not to resell or license the application for commercial purposes.
• Not abusing the XP and gamification system (cheating, automation, fake data)
• Not misusing the OCR system (loading fake receipts)
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The application and all its contents (logo, design, code, texts) belong to Drivarc and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Using the application does not give you any ownership rights over these contents.
As users, you own the data you upload to the app (vehicle information, photos, recordings). However, you grant us the necessary permissions to store and synchronize this data within the application.
6. Gamification (XP, Achievements and Streaks)
Drivarc offers gamification features to enhance user experience:
• XP (Experience Points): You earn XP by performing certain actions within the application (adding vehicles, fuel registration, maintenance registration, expense registration, etc.)
• Level System: You level up when you reach certain XP thresholds. Each level has a title.
• Achievements: You earn achievements when you reach certain milestones (first receipt, 100 fuel records, 1000 km, economist, maintenance master, etc.)
• Streaks: You earn streak bonuses by using the app on consecutive days
• Critical Drop: 5% chance to gain 5x XP and get a burst shield
Gamification Rules:
• Daily XP limit: 200 XP/day (anti-cheat protection)
• Device clock control: XP earning will be blocked if clock manipulation is detected
• Cheat detection: Automatic fraud detection systems are applied. XP and achievements of cheating users may be reset
• Right to change: Drivarc reserves the right to change gamification rules, XP values and level thresholds with prior notice
7. Premium Subscription and Payment Terms
Drivarc offers free basic features as well as a Premium subscription option:
Premium Features:
• Cloud photo storage (vehicle, receipt and maintenance photos)
• Advanced PDF reports (graphs, recommendations)
• Priority support
• Ad-free experience
Payment Terms:
• Premium subscription is managed through the RevenueCat platform
• Monthly and annual plans available
• Prices are displayed in-app and notified in advance
• Payments are made through the application store (Google Play Store) you are connected to
Automatic Renewal:
• Premium subscription automatically renews
• The next period fee will be charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device's store settings
Cancellation and Refund:
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• In case of cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the current payment period
• Return policy is subject to Google Play Store rules
• You must make your return requests directly via Google Play Store.
Price Changes:
• Drivarc reserves the right to change Premium subscription prices
• Price changes do not affect existing subscribers; Valid for new subscribers or renewals only
• Price changes are notified in advance within the application
8. Advertising Policy
Free users may see ads to support the app:
• Ads are served through Google AdMob
• Ads are displayed in a way that does not interrupt the app experience
• Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience
• You can manage your ad preferences on Google's ad settings page
• Drivarc has no control over advertising content but asks you to report inappropriate ads
Ad Formats:
• Banner ads: Small ads at the bottom or top of the screen
• Interstitial ads: Full-screen ads between certain actions
• Rewarded ads: Optionally earn rewards by watching ads
Ad Personalization:
• Google AdMob may use your advertising ID to show personalized ads
• You can disable ad personalization or reset your advertising ID from device settings > Google > Ads
• Your consent is obtained before personalized ads are shown
9. Service Changes
Drivarc may make updates to continually improve and improve the application. We try to notify our users of significant changes as far in advance as possible. Advance notification may not be possible due to emergencies or technical requirements.
10. Service Availability
Drivarc strives to provide the application without interruption, but the following situations may cause service interruptions:
• Updates and Maintenance: Periodic short outages may occur for updates, improvements, or server maintenance. Such outages will be notified as far in advance as possible.
• Technical Malfunctions: Unexpected technical problems, infrastructure failures, or third-party service problems (Google) may cause service interruptions.
• Force Majeure: Situations beyond Drivarc's control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, legal regulations, or government interventions, may cause service interruptions.
• Internet Connection: Although the application can work offline, an internet connection is required for synchronization and some features.
Drivarc cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such interruptions. Service availability is provided "as is" and 100% operation is not guaranteed.
11. Cancellation and Termination
You can delete your account at any time (Settings > Delete Data). Account deletion is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.
For security reasons, account deletion requires biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition) or device screen lock to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion.
To ensure the safety of all our users and the smooth operation of the application, it may be necessary to temporarily restrict or terminate access to your account in the following cases:
• If you violate the terms of use
• When you engage in illegal activities
• When you compromise the security of the application
• When you are inactive for a long time (optional)
Account termination consequences:
• All your data (vehicles, fuel records, maintenance records, expenses) are permanently deleted
• Your Premium subscription continues; To cancel, you must proceed directly through the Google Play Store
• Your downloaded PDF reports remain on your device, but cloud copies are deleted
• Your XP, levels and achievements are permanently deleted and cannot be restored
12. Disclaimer
We constantly strive to run the application in the best possible way. However, interruptions or errors may occasionally occur due to technical problems or unexpected circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any direct damages resulting from the use of the application.
Data within the application (vehicle information, maintenance records, etc.) is provided by users. We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of this data.
Special Disclaimer:
• OCR Receipt Reading: Receipt reading feature is performed using Google ML Kit. OCR results may not be 100% accurate. Users are responsible for verifying OCR results. Drivarc is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect OCR results.
• Fuel Consumption Calculations: Fuel consumption calculations are based on user-entered data. Actual fuel consumption may vary depending on factors such as driving conditions, weather, traffic and vehicle condition. Calculations are for informational purposes only.
• Maintenance Reminders: Maintenance reminders are based on general recommendations and do not replace manufacturer recommendations. It is the user's responsibility to follow the maintenance schedule recommended by your vehicle manufacturer.
• CO2 Emission Calculations: CO2 emission calculations are estimates and actual emissions may vary. These calculations are for informational purposes only and cannot be used as a substitute for official reports.
• Cost Estimates and Analyzes: Future cost estimates are created by statistical models based on historical data. These estimates are not exact and actual costs may differ. These estimates should not be relied upon for investment or financial decisions.
• Malfunction Prediction (Future Feature): When AI-powered failure prediction features are added, these predictions will be for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional mechanics diagnosis.
13. Limits of Liability
Drivarc accepts no liability in the following cases:
• Indirect Damages: Not responsible for loss of data, loss of time, business interruption, commercial damages or other indirect damages.
• Third Party Services: Google is not responsible for any interruptions or errors of Firebase, Google AdMob or other third party services.
• User Data: It is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the data entered by users.
• Device Problems: We are not responsible for malfunctions, software problems or compatibility issues that occur on the user's device.
Total Liability: Drivarc's total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the last 12 months. Total liability for free users is limited to 100 TL.
These limits of liability apply to the fullest extent legally permissible.
14. Legal Applicability
These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute regarding these conditions will be resolved in Istanbul (Anatolia) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
Dispute Resolution:
• Consumer Arbitration Committee: For consumer complaints, you can first apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
• Consumer Court: If your complaint is not resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committee, you can apply to the Consumer Court.
• Mediation: Mediation process can be applied in commercial disputes.
• Court: In case the dispute is brought to court, Istanbul (Anatolia) Courts are authorized.
15. Condition Changes
Changes to these Terms of Use will be notified within the application. Notifications will be sent to our users for important changes. Your continued use of the application after changes means that you accept the new terms.
16. Future Features
The following features may be added to the Drivarc app in the future:
• Fleet Management: Enterprise features for companies to manage multiple vehicles from a single panel. When this feature is added, separate terms of use will apply.
• Artificial Intelligence Supported Malfunction Prediction: Vehicle malfunction prediction from audio or written symptoms. This feature is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mechanic diagnosis.
• Personal Assistant: Maintenance time and fuel saving recommendations. Recommendations are based on general information and do not constitute professional advice.
• Location-Based Features: Finding nearby fuel stations, shuttles and car washes. Location data will only be collected with user consent.
• Business Partnerships: Integrations with service, insurance and spare parts companies. Such partnerships may be subject to separate terms of use.
When these features are added, the terms of use and privacy policy will be updated. Use of new features will be optional.
Sletting av data

• Gå til Innstillinger
• Trykk på "Slett data"
• Bekreft med biometrisk godkjenning eller enhetslås
• Alle dataene dine (kjøretøy, vedlikeholdsposter, drivstoffposter, utgifter, bilder) vil bli permanent slettet
Lagrede data: Betalingsposter lagres i 10 år på grunn av juridiske forpliktelser. Drivarc har ikke tilgang til denne informasjonen; den lagres kun av RevenueCat og Google Play Store.
